Something Different
My Grandfather Fred John MacLean was the navigator on the first
trans-pacific flight with Pan American Airways.
In 1938 while flying from Pago-Pago to Hawaii mapping for
the fist air-mail routes, the Samoan Clipper exploded
and all on board were lost.
This is a video of my grandfather, he's the one in the
white jacket. Also in the video I believe are President Franklin & Eleanor Roosevelt.
